When I got arrested, I was lost and had no idea what to do. Honestly, I got lucky because I sorted through the many letters that were instantly mailed to me. I chose to contact Denis. When i first contacted Denis' office I talked to Tim. He explained everything to me about the process and the possibilities concerning my particular situation. I don't normally write reviews, but when someone really exceeds my expectations, I feel compelled to do what I can to get the word out to others. I was pulled over for my license plate displaying the wrong month but my registration was current with current insurrance and because of the cop not finding nothing else to get me on he decides to get me on a DUI because I was drinking the night before with family and friends. Only reason I was driving is because I was on the way to see my mom who was dying in the hospital and actually died the next day. So I looked on the internet and seen that Denis White had a good rating and decided to give this lawyer a try. It first started with the DMV hearing which we won. Then we tried to settle for a wet reckless with the DA but the DA kept denying it so we set it for trial. At this time Denis had another lawyer working with him on my case name Tammy Soloman who also is a great lawyer. Before trial I had to do the suppression motion to suppress the stop to the judge. Me and Tammy was at the suppression motion she did a very good job suppressing the stop to where the court was on our side. And not only did I receive A wet reckless better than that I beat the entire case. And I highly respect Denis and Tammy for going the extra mile to help me get my entire case resolved.

Denis was recommended to me from a random source so I decided to give him a call. After speaking with him I decided to go with him. He was very knowledgable and seemed to be confident in his abilities. When all was said and done he had set and done a DMV hearing which he won due to the extensive research he had done and cross-examining the arresting officer. Based on that, we were able to reduce my DUI to a wet reckless even with marijuana in my system on top of the .11 urine test and .117/.109 PAS results. This meant that I did not lose my license at all the entire time and there are no restrictions. Also, no jail, no work project, ½ the fines, no SR-22 insurance filing and no ignition interlock device required. I couldn’t have asked of any better.

Denis H. White, Jr. represented me on a DUI case in Sacramento in 2002. I am applying for a new job and I needed to know what to tell the prospective employer. Not only did he remember me but he called me back over the weekend. All my questions were answered promptly and he e-mailed me the law to back up his answers. By the way, my original case was dismissed after he fought for me for about a year. The arresting officer was removed from the area and later removed period. So much for that bad cop! I am a young woman in my early twenties, and I have a 2nd DUI. I had an interview for home detention tomorrow (with a stay of execution date next Friday) at 12:30pm. I realized that the whole process of home detention was going to cause more stress in my home than the amount that already exists. This morning, I called Denis and explained my situation to him. Ok, so if you are reading this you are looking for help because just like many of us you got a DUI last night, and are looking for someone to help you with what seems like the end of the world.
You are on the right track to some peace of mind. I went through what you are going through, and have two pieces of very valuable information:

1.) Call the DMV for your hearing NOW, don’t wait, you only have ten days from the day of your arrest. The number is on the pink paper you were given when your license was taken. This can secure your license for another couple of weeks longer. When you call for your DMV hearing, try to push it out a couple of weeks. You’ll need your license to get to court, work program, and other programs.
2.) CALL Denis White NOW! Mr. White has a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you. You’ll soon receive what will seem like a tree’s worth of junk mail from every attorney under the sun, don’t waste your time going through all of them- Just call Denis White. I called 10-15 different offices before I called Denis, most wanted $5-6 thousand just to listen to me and could not guarantee winning my case. I didn't plan on using this lawyer for my case, but after we met and talked about what I was going through (second DUI arrest, at 3 in the morning on a Sunday) I realized how much he really knew about cases like mine and that me being an complete idiot and getting a second DUI (unbelievable) actually happens way too often.
