I met with Phyllis to try to discuss a divorce settlement as she represented the petitioner in my case. I felt that Phyllis was unprofessional, unprepared, and far too personally involved in what should be a business transaction. Rather than simply discussing property and facts, she made personal attacks, judgments, and assumptions to me and about me on our first meeting. I would not recommend Phyllis to anyone, EVER, and if you're on the other side of a deal with her, watch out.
Phyllis did my divorce and bankruptcy. She is the best.
She is knowledgeable attorney. Her communication with client is very poor. Her office is not accessible, too many days of the week they are reachavble. Return calls and e mail are very poor. Things don't get done on time, she needs to be reminded of getting things done and they are almost always late. She doesn't fight hard with opposing attorney, though she is capable of doing so.
