Description: 32 year old Cal Trans worker killed when tow truck collided into Cal Trans "shadow" truck, causing it to hit worker who was on highway 101 filling potholes, killing him instantly. Defendants claimed Cal Trans failed to follow numerous safety procedures which was the actual cause of the accident. Claimants were the worker's parents.
