Really one of the best, I noted he is very well respected & well known in the court systems. I think he has initiated one or two laws, think I heard something like that. He is advancing in age, but you would never know it, cause he is a quick & knowledgeable thinker. He is also courteous & considerate. So there you go, you have one of the best, so he stays around for a long time.
