Richard Bryan
Replied last June 13, 2017Based on the date, I believe this is a former client who either does not understand or for some reason wanted to dispute a billing. The specific complaints were addressed by me. The "duplication" was a separate meeting to obtain more details and support for a proposed motion. The failure to follow instructions was my action in repeating advice to use an inexpensive discovery process to obtain information. The client received a refund of an unused retainer.
