Mr. Nomi knows his business and doesn't waste any time getting the job done. He kept me up to date and was personally concerned with my case. I recommend him more than highly. To top it off he is a really nice person.

Mr. Nomi is highly professional and knowledgeable attorney who helped us navigate a difficult bankruptcy. We originally used another attorney to file our papers and he did not prepare them properly, which caused us some fairly significant problems. Mr. Nomi was able to pick up our case, sort things out and help ease our minds with his easy-going demeanor. He has integrity and truly cares for his clients. He is a superb attorney.

After over 40 years in the support arena of Law, i.e., Administrative Law Assistant, Paralegal, Law Clerk, Court Reporter, Brian Nomi is quite simply one of the VERY FEW, very best attorneys I have ever met. I had the luck to find him and have him represent me, at 69 years of age, in a bankruptcy that was something, I knew, I could never do?!!!
Thank you, Brian Nomi, for your intelligence, integrity, compassion, and ability to get the job done while ALWAYS having your client's best interests at the forefront!!

I am a Chapter 7 client. After exhausting all other avenues for financial help/counseling and futher burdened with a divorce, I unfortunately was in a position where bankruptcy was my only option. I felt terrible about not being able to pay my debts. Brian was 100% understanding and professional with all aspects of the procedure. He himself answered the phone everytime I called for info and was very prompt in getting back to me with information. I felt very confident (and relieved) with Brian representing me as I knew nothing of how the system works. He was clear with explaining the process and what could expect. Highly recommended! I only wish my divorce lawyer was as good as Brian. NOTE: this website is acting up, and for some reason I can not rate Brian 'Excellent' for an Overall Rating, but for some reason 'Good' seems to work.

Mr. Nomi is the best lawyer I have ever known. He helped us to collect debt from a very difficult company that always made empty promises and postponed the due dates indefinitely. With Mr. Nomi's effort, this company had finally started to make the payment for the debt, which had been overdue for a long time before we contacted Mr. Nomi. We are very impressed by Mr. Nomi's great service and his kindness: providing honest advice in the best interest of the client; no hiding fees; good communications; fighting hard for the client. A truly super-nice and great lawyer!

Everything went like clockwork with Brian. He made a very stressful situtation much easier to deal with and made me feel like I would be on the road to recovery in no time. He was right, I've already started building my credit and I hope in a about a year to be able to show a good credit rating.

Brian Nomi is extremely professional, educated, and knowledgeable in the areas of law that he practices. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is in trouble with foreclosure, and considering bankruptcy as a solution. He is straight to the point and gets the job done. I have sent many homeowners his way who have needed help, and he has delivered time and time again. Not everyone can be helped, and if that is the unfortunate case for you, Brian will tell you so you don’t have false hope, or pay an unethical attorney who will sell you fairytales. If he can’t help you, then it most likely can’t be done.

I've never had an experience like this with any other attorney. Brian truly cares about his clientele. He consistently surprised my wife and I by going above and beyond the call of duty. Between the two of us, we probably wrote him a half dozen thank you emails, because he was amazing. Human, professional, highly skilled, calm. A true advocate of his clientele.

Thank you Brian.

Brian's website states that he offers caring and compassionate service and he truly delivers on that promise. He recently helped me with a very upsetting issue I had with a landlord. HIs knowledge of the law, his responsiveness and his follow-through is exceptional. In addition he called me twice to check on me and to see how I was doing. Wow!

We had a real estate question and Brian answered our request quickly. He listened closely, asked appropiate questions, and then made good, concise recommendations. His listening skills and judgement showed that he was knowledgable and really cared about us. We are now living in NC, but still trust Brian with our legal matters.

After reviewing website I called to request a free consultation. The attorney immediately returned my call and asked a few questions. He was arrogant, condescending and not friendly. It seemed he was quickly calculating how much my case may be worth to him. He then said he would call me back to schedule an appointment to further discuss my business/possible need for an attorney. He never returned my call. I followed up with an email. The email was never answered. The website falsely advertises the following: Free consultation, prompt feedback, and genuine empathy for people considering bankruptcy, and did not comply with his statement of "Every client is unique to us: if bankruptcy isn’t your best option, we’ll tell you, and work with you to find a better solution. We promise you an honest and direct appraisal of your situation so that you can make the best decision for yourself."

Brian did the greatest job for me and my friend, we were being kicked
out of our Apt. in Dec. 2009 and with the help of Brian and his great
knowledge of the Law we did not have to move till end of May 2010.
I can not rave enough on how great Brian was in my case. He is
professional and a kind man who will work his tail off for his clients.
I know if I need any additional attorney driven information I know who
to turn too. I have the highest respect for Brian and his legal knowledge. I rive Brian a "10", 10 is perfect. Thanks Again Brian for all
your great help in my case.

Brian did an excellent job of navigating the complexities of my case. What was supposed to be a straight forward bankruptcy became more difficult than any of us expected. He was able to guide me through making decisions and understanding the prognosis of my situation. All of this happened without him increasing his charges to me. I would work with him again!

Brian was recommended to my husband and I when we found ourselves needing to evict 5 people from our RV Park. We have been through so much in the past 4 or 5 years neither of us can remember who referred him, but we are so grateful to have found Brian. The evictions were 3 separate cases which he handled with ease. Luckily for us, we kept in touch with Brian and a few years later, when my husband's business suffered due to the economy, he helped us with a bankruptcy. The last thing we ever thought we would do was file bankruptcy. We tried debt consolidation first, but we just could not keep up with the payments. Bankruptcy is tough, especially when you are not one of those people who knows how to "work the system." We received so many scary letters from creditors, Brian would always say tell us to send it to him and not to worry. He was always so calm and patient. Every single time we had a worry he would address it immediately, and copy us so we knew it was taken care of. My husband and I were both pretty depressed, not fun! There were days when we had a hard time doing even the simplest thing, Brian was always there to make us feel better and gently push us to get things done when they needed to be done. He is extremely knowledgeable and very, very, trustworthy. Throughout everything, the evictions and the bankruptcy, Brian was respectful to EVERYONE, even the people we evicted. Regarding the eviction, we leased the land that we were evicting from. Because of this there was a lawyer representing the County as well as Brian representing us. In the end, we won, and the only money we hand to spend was due to a mistake made by the lawyer for the County. Brian did not make any mistakes.
Fortunately we are pretty average, we have not had to work with a lawyer more than half-a-dozen times in our lifetime. Even so, we have dealt with two lawyers who in the end, we felt had not done what was best for us, but had used a situation to serve themselves. Years ago, we had a lawyer who defended us on a car accident and worked for our Insurance Co., he was very good. Brian is one of the "Good Guys." He would NEVER even consider taking advantage of a client. We definitely recommend him to anyone else who finds themselves an unfortunate situation like we did.

Brian is a very caring person and he made me feel at ease from our first meeting. He successfully guided me through my BK and never talked down to me, judged me or made me feel bad because of my situation. Highly recommend him.

I contacted Brian when it became evident that I may lose my house. We worked out a plan to give me more time in order that I might put together the funds to save my home. As it turns out I am now in the final negotiations for a loan modification. Brian is a rare attorney who actually answers his phone. If he is on the phone or out of his office he returns calls very, very promptly. He explains everything in extreme detail and he never tires of re-explaining. I have worked with hundreds of attorneys over the course of my career and I have found Brian to be exceptional, standing out from the crowd in that he genuinely puts achieving his clients' needs first above his fees. Never did he "nickel and dime" me, charging extra for this or that. He is moral, ethical, honest and compassionate yet objective. He will tell you straight what you're up against and the various options to consider. I have recommended Brian to a friend who lives in San Luis Obispo county. It was an eviction issue on a rental. Brian, in his customary way, promptly filed the appropriate complaint, called the tenant to see if something could be worked out, drove all the way to Paso Robles (3hrs each way) for a 1 hour or so hearing, and mission accomplished! Had the non-paying tenant out in under 45 days. My friend was amazed after hearing horror stories from other landlords about the process taking 6 months or longer! Not so with Brian. He is unwavering and steadfast in the pursuit of serving his clients best interests. He is an extraordinary attorney who is very accessible, patient, thoroughgoing, knowledgeable, and responsive that does what he says he will do! Although I am not a current client I still can pick up the phone and call Brian whenever the need arises. And he his genuinely interested to know how it's going with my efforts to save my house through the modification process.
