Marc has worked hard on an extremely difficult case due to the opposition and opposing counsel using many bad faith tactics throughout litigation. It is hard to come involved in case where the opposition desires to use litigation as a means to seek some type of vengence and has an attorney who has no problem using his anger as a weapon to increase her fees. Most dissolution cases should settle if both sides can be reasonable, but when one side is not, Marc is a wonderful attorney to have to protect you emotionally and represent you professionally. My case is still not complete but I am confident that Marc will see this matter to a positive resolution for my family very soon.

I have had a very complicated and protracted divorce, still ongoing after 7 years. Marc has been very able at representing my interests, explaining things and consulting me at each step. His bill is reasonable especially compared to other family law practitioners.
