I had Mr. Polston file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for me. It was a very stressful time in my life and it was something I had to do, not something I wanted to do. Mr. Polston was sincere, took the time to really look at my situation and do what was best for me. He does know his Chapter 7 law and used it to my benefit. In addition to the filing, he followed up with me on a regular basis and was happy to deal with additional issues as they arose. He also referred me to another attorney who helped me with a case related to this bankruptcy filing. His calm demeanor, cheerful attitude and thoroughness really helped me get through a tough time in my life. Thank you, Gary!

Gary defended my cousin on a drug/probation charge. Throughout the entire experience, Gary was knowledgeable and forthright. He was supportive through the entire process, which was very calming to my family in such troubling times. At all times, he put 100% into the case and never promised unrealistic expectations.

Mr. Polston was a pleasure to work with for our adoption. He kept us aprised every step of the way, and took the stress and fear out of dealing with the court system. We have continued to refer him to family and friends when ever they need services for criminal or adoption matters.
