    • I do not recommend Timothy Peabody.
    • I hired Timothy more than 3 years ago.
    • Timothy handled my Family matter.

I hired Tim to represent me in a highly contested divorce case. Throughout the course of the case, he continued to give me terrible advice over and over again. He was never my advocate and didn't have my or my daughter's best interest in mind. He rarely returned phone calls. Stipulations were poorly written and names were simply changed from previous clients. I once received a draft of one stipulation that had the names of other clients at the bottom of them! ...I know now what Katheryn and Damien Gallagher's stipulation look like! I rarely received copies of communications from him or opposing counsel. When the case was supposed to be wrapping up, he offered a flat rate to finish the case. After I payed it, I never heard from him again, thus requiring me to find a lawyer that would finish the case! He was a terrible lawyer. I could not recommend him to anyone.

Mr,Peabody handled my family law matter which has been draging on since 2004 due to my Ex wife and her unethical attorney,I retained Mr Peabody in Feb 2011 to bring this case to conclusion.Case was concluded on Oct 11th 2011 to my satisfaction, If you need an ethical Attorney in OC there is no one better than Mr Peabody. Please avoid Big Law firms and attorneys like Saul Gelbart in Newport Beach.

I hired Mr. Peabody for contempt & vistiation issues. I finally found an attorney who spoke up in court not only for myself but for my daughter, he was our voice. The court and the other party finally heard me through Mr. Peabody! He said and did everything he promised! Words cannot express how I felt when I left the courtroom!!Mr. Peabody did an excellent job for me!

Mr. Peabody was decisive and professional. He provided me with legal advise that saved me a lot of time and money. His understanding of the law and communication with the judge was great.

I would highly recommend Tim Peabody

I retained Mr. Peabody in October of last year to represent me on a family law matter. I wanted to file appeal from the superior court judgment. I met him only once and he promised me every thing at a very "low price" and on monthly installments. I retained him and the moment he got the money it became very hard to even hear from him. He will make things up to increase my bill. He filed the appeal and when I could not keep up with his billing he filed the motion to dismiss my appeal not even dropping me a hint that he has dismissed my appeal. I happened to find out about it through the email that I received from the Appellate Court email notification.

I’m filling a complaint against him with the State Bar of California
