My husband's case was settled very professionally by Tom.
He did a good job of keeping in touch with us thru the process. Happy with his firm (and his staff is excellent too, very friendly). Highly recommend.

Last March my husband broke his wrist in a motorcycle accident...9 screws and a plate later, we were being hounded by insurance companies and hospitals. When these things happen, the bills are kind of a mess - He had been to the ER, an ambulance, three different hospitals for treatment and surgery, and physical therapy. These all come with different bills and different accounts. It's a huge headache.
I came across The Reinecke law firm website and we had a consultation with Mr.Reinecke himself. Mr. Reinecke accepted our case and from that point forward he was the point person for all calls, bills, questions and it was such a relief. My husband and I felt like it was all being handled and we could concentrate on his recovery and getting back to work.
He was very knowledgeable about the process, clearly answered all of our questions, and took care of EVERYTHING.
Highly recommended if you ever find yourself in this unfortunate situation!

I will keep this short.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST AVOIDING MR. THOMAS G. REINECKE AT ALL COSTS.
After a motorcycle accident in 2012, I came to Mr. Reincke as he appeared open, courteous, and extremely helpful according to personal phone calls and his website, but he soon turned into a cowardly attorney once his fees and costs are brought to attention. He will stop answering phone calls (he will have his many secretaries email you), he will try to do as little work as possible but take 45% of your settlement, based on his crafty designed retainer agreement, and in the end you will probably have been better off fighting the case yourself or with a more reliable attorney.
I eventually settled my case 2 years later, just to avoid having to go to trial with Mr. Reinecke because for the last year of my case I felt as if it was me vs. my attorney vs. the opposing party.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HIS CUNNING WAY WITH WORDS AND RHETORIC, ***YOU WILL SURELY BE DISAPPOINTED***. I walked away 1 year later than my first settlement offer with ONLY $66 more than if I were to have settled last year. He turned into a careless, insensitive representative of my case and my long term injuries and I am glad to finally be done with this relationship.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND MR. THOMAS G. REINECKE TO MY WORST ENEMY...yes he is THAT bad.

If I can give it less than one star I would. DO NOT HIRE TOM AS YOUR LAWYER. He said all kinds of things and did none of them. I had to contact him constantly to find out the status of my case. He also said he would get my get my medical insurance settlement down to nothing, which didn't happen. He told me the case was a half a million to million dollar case and didn't get a 1/4 of that, and then he took as much from the settlement as I got. Do yourself a favor and find a better lawyer. Toms lies through his teeth, he will say anything whether it's about his 2 sets of twins or where he goes to church. This guys a hypocrite please don't have what happened to me happen to you. There are other guys out there that aren't looking to rip you off but rather represent you like you would expect them to.

I will try and keep this short, he said he would reduce his fees to 40% well after case settled, he charged me 45% on top of all of the other charges, (which I NEVER saw until after the case settled ! ) And then told me he didn't reduce his fees because he didn't charge me for "negotiating " the medical bill, There was NOTHING to it, he sent them a letter, and they accepted, I have talked to several lawyers and they said they don't charge for medical liens unless there are problems with the settlement WHICH THERE WAS NOT ! He charged me a lot of money for court fees etc ... and then didn't even go to court ! even though the other person was at fault and had really good coverage ($250,000 I was told) well he ended up getting more than me ! even though I was the one that was injured pretty severely ! I understand he had to pay fees upfront before case settled, but that does not give him the right to lie to me about the percentage ! Please look for someone else ! I have no reason to lie about this .... the amount I ended up with was NOT worth waiting the TWO and a HALF Years I waited, I probably would have gotten this amount from the insurance company if I didn't get (this) lawyer

My wife and I were in a motorcycle accident. Tom drove to the hospital and met with us at no charge. He answered all our questions, no pressure. The next day we decided to hire him. He drove back and met with us. He described the process, got my Harley-Davidson replaced, got me paid for my helmet and new jacket. He sends status letters and is very nice. With the settlement we made a down payment on a house. I am very happy with our choice and we would highly recommend him to anyone involved in motorcycle accident.

I have been through 2 motorcycle cases with Tom. He's come up on top with both of them. One of the two cases were extreamly difficult but he kept fighting for me even when I thought we were done for. He is extreamly knowlegeable and gets information to me right away.
