I could not express how grateful I am to Mr. Tucci for all the work he did for me on my case. I was recommended to him by the owner of the company I work for and will be forever thankful for the referral. He not only made me feel secure and confident in his abilities to represent me but he went above and beyond in succeeding to have a huge charge dropped off my record. I will refer everyone to him as I would want them to feel the security and trust and peace of mind that I had throughout my case. I had the worst outcome in mind for my DUI but Mr. Tucci and his staff assured me that we would get through it one step at a time and were always helpful with all the questions that I had. I am eternally grateful for all they have done for me.

By hiring this attorney I made a huge mistake. He is extremely unprofessional. He absolutely did not fight for me and I ended up really screwed and regret ever getting involved with him. The communication is awful and he did not follow through on anything that he promised. He was great at boasting and telling me what I wanted to hear in the beginning. Quickly I realized that I ended up being represented by this lazy, useless that had absolutely no concern about fighting for me. He is an embarrassment and he ended up handing the DA whatever it took so that he can move onto his next feeding. If you hire him prepare yourself for really poor representation. He didn’t bother to familiarize himself with my case and he entered a plea on my behalf without ever saying one word to me about it. I I found out from the girl in the office that I was found guilty and sentenced. I was in shock.

I used Vince for a DUI case. Once I signed him he treated me more like a friend, spent time with me, explained and reassured me about my case. Even after the case was settled I felt I could call him and seek advice and help on related matters, etc. He is a great guy and does not treat his clients as a business and gives personal attention.

I highly recommend Vincent Tucci, he did an outstanding job representing me in court and made the best of my challenging situation. He will give you great representation in the court room and look out for your best interest.

Vincent Tucci did an excellent job with my case. I was looking at a 1 year suspended driver license for failure to submit a chemical test and a possible jail sentence for DUI with enhancement-0.18 BAC and resisting arrest and obstructing justice. Vincent was able to get my license suspension reduced to 6 months with restrictions to drive to and from work; this enabled me to keep my job! Vincent also got the resisting and obstructing charge reduced to disturbing the peace and the enhancement charge dropped with the penalty being only the standard fine, 3 month DUI class and some community service. Vincent is everything you want in an attorney: knowledgeable, well known in the industry and cocky. Vincent was referred to me from a friend who fought and won a DUI trial case and I will kindly refer him to anyone that needs legal help. Thanks Vincent!!

Tucci never called me to let me know what was going on w/my case. He was supposed to email when I was due in court to appear, didn't call me until the morning of. Didn't seem to care about me, I'd call or text him and after waiting hours for a response he would text one word answers. He showed up 45 mins late for my court appearance and when I asked where he was 3 times he replies back "relax and wait" this "big shot" attorney tends to think he can do whatever he wants. Wouldn't have cared if he did whatever he wanted if he was an actual caring lawyer. Unless you have a SERIOUS dui, like you crashed and injured someone dont bother wasting your hard earned money on his WAY too Steep prices.

I was extremely pleased with Mr. Tucci's knowledge and expertise around DUI Law. I found myself in a very bad situation facing a 3+ year prison sentence and Mr. Tucci was instrumental in working with my Judge and the courts to negotiate a more viable alternative so I could keep working and living my life. Unfortunately, some uf us make bad judgement calls after a few beers, all I can say is you get what you pay for with Mr. Tucci!!

Mr. Tucci is a knowledgable and very experienced attorney who commands the respect of judges and prosecutors. When a judge compliments you on your choice of attorney, you must have chosen well.

Mr. Tucci was on point the entire process. He understood my case, understood the system and got me the result I new I deserved in short order. Very efficient and honest.

Vince did a great job handling my arrest for a second DUI. He knew everything, advised me well, and his office was professional and kept me completely informed about the progress of my case.

He attended the DMV hearing for me, as well as all but the very last court hearing. Because my arrest was in San Diego, this saved me an incredible amount of lost time.

Mr Tucci kept me out of jail and with any other lawyer I would have spent 5 months in county jail. He knows this industry incredibly well and has many relationships with many of the courts in Southern California. Fortunately he knew my DA and my judge very well and he was able to get my FELONY DUI with GREAT BODILY INJURY into NO JAIL TIME. I did 360 hours of community service instead. I can GUARANTEE with any other lawyer i would have been sent to jail. Mr. Tucci truly works wonders. He has a very well thought out plan to show the court that you have a good character and it definitely worked out in my case.

I felt in good hands with Mr. Tucci and would recommended him to anyone. Well worth the money. What amazed me more is that he came back into court with me 1 year later to reduce my felony DUI into a misdemeanor. Mr. Tucci is a stand up guy and is definitely one of the top DUI lawyers in Southern California.

Mr. Tucci saved me from losing my Class A Drivers License which would have cost me my job of 18 years. Not only dealing with the Court he also took care of the DMV Hearings. I never lost my License and my insurance never went up.

Some people say he is one of the top DUI lawyers - he's NOT. From my experience he does NOT fight to provide you the best positive results. I think he is lazy and does not do the best to fight and negotiate the best results for his client. You are better off using a public defender or a young and new lawyer who is willing to go over and beyond the minimum to defend your case. I highly recommend you talk to various alcohol programs and ask them for recommendation of lawyers. You'll probably find them also saying to NOT hire this guy.

I have recommended Vincent many times. I was facing a 4th DUI charge and in California it is a felony, regardless if an accident occurs or not.
Vincent took me through the process better than any attorney before.

I had finally acknowledged that I should finally get some help, he highly advised that and was able to work with me, the Veterans Addiction Treatment Unit, and the courts to get things taken care of very quickly. I was constantly informed and did not have to call for any updates, I was updated regularly and had no worries.
Vincent negotiated with the courts for me to complete treatment with follow on probation for an extended period to ensure that my treatment was a success.
I am happy to say that I am currently sober and very active in a 12 step program. I am back in school and due to graduate with a second undergraduate degree. I will have a BS in Project Management along with an AS in a Biological field, I will be eligible for certification with American Society for Clinical Pathology in 2012.
Not only did he help me with legal issues, but because he was able to successfully negotiate with the court, I have a totally new life.
I would definitely say that he did above and beyond what I expected.

When I first had to search for a DUI Attorney, I was so overwhelmed. They are everywhere, google, bus stops, yellow pages (50 pages worth) I had no idea where to start, did not know what I was looking for. I don't know what made me call Mr. Vince Tucci, but I was so Impressed. This was the only office, that really didn't make me feel any less then human. I have been in the customer service field for 15 years, Mr Tucci and his staff all raise the bar. They are kind, understanding and have so much patience. I never felt like they were tired of answering the same question 50 times that day, all though from experience I am sure that they go though this. Mr Tucci,When his is in front of that court room arguing his case, on more then one occasion I have had people tap me on the shoulder and they ask, "Is that your attorney, do you have his card" Mr. Tucci is not the cheapest, but if your looking for cheap your not looking for quality. Mr Tucci is quality, a true professional in this field.

In my experience, he was only interested in getting my retainer money and then the case did not matter to him. Many excuses and poor legal service. My review is that his conduct was unprofessional and crude.
Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Although Tucci is expensive, I do not have any alcohol related charges on my record. At the end of the day, that is what I was looking for. He fought the case for me for over a year, it cost me about $10k. He did some strange things, but results is what I was looking for. Keep on him and he will do his job.

Vincent took our case and made it sound like we were in good hands. He charged us $8500 and after the first meeting we were treated like second class citizens. His staff is hostile and incompetent. There is no personalized service bundled in his price.

When we went to court instead of a fight we were shuffled into a plea deal that got us Jail. should never have happened that way. NEVER!

He does not care about anything but your money. And once he has it he forgets about you.

Finally we got out of Jail, did our post DUI program and then his office assistant gave us the wrong date to appear in court for the completion of the program. So the Court issued a bench warrant.

Now let's do the math - $8500 Lawyer, $2000 DUI program, $2000 DUI fees = We got little representation and then we got knocked for a loop after the fact. We relived the nightmare all over again.

Vince Tucci is not the Lawyer he wants you to think he is. He is a salesman with a law degree. Plain and simple. He is not your friend and he cares more about his standing with the DA's office and the California DUI Board then he cares about his clients.

Before you invest in him as a DUI Attorney. Try to get a referral from a friend, you have a much better chance with someone who is concerned about your case.

Vince you are not the man!

Since he is so busy, he doesn't spend time with you much except first interview ( until he get a contract). I paid $8,000 for 2nd DUI defense. He seems like knows all steps, but doesn't explain me very much. He always send me back only one line of the sentence after my e-mail questions which doesn't explain detailed.
He also told me wrong period of court order such as jail time and driver license suspension after the judgment. I asked what is going on and let me know the collect period of those sentences. He introduced me a different attorney... I found all collect date and period my self.

We retained this law office for a first DUI offense. They did not inform us they could do nothing for our case and charged us a very high retainer fee.

This man could not so much as provide me with a professional opinion regarding my case.
