I have used Mark professionally for nearly 20 years. I first retained him, as part of a national team in a complex patent infringement litigation. Not only did he work seamlessly with the other (big ego) lawyers, but he provided significant insights that helped us secure a jury finding of willful infringement. The case ultimately went to the U.S. Supreme Court and the result led to incremental sales of several billion dollars.
Since then, I regularly used Mark in a wide range of counseling, negotiating and litigation matters. I always found him remarkably knowledgeable and extremely creative in successfully achieving client-driven solutions to the most thorny business issues.
In my career, I have worked with thousands of lawyers in hundreds of law firms, and I've been responsible for more than 800 jury trials that led to verdicts. Mark can hold his own against any of these lawyers, and is superior to all but a small handful.
