About Me

Stephen G. Hammers is a shareholder with Orange County’s Price, Crooke, Gary & Hammers, Incorporated in Irvine, California. The Price firm is a business and litigation boutique, representing both local and international businesses in Orange County and throughout Southern California for nearly 45 years.

Mr. Hammers has 22 years experience in the areas of general business and real estate law and has tried cases to verdict in most State and Federal Courts of Southern California.  He represents national and local businesses, commercial developers and real estate professionals, but also champions the causes of individuals and small business owners. A significant number of Mr. Hammers’ business cases have been tried to juries, where he has enjoyed a 100% success rate.  Some of these verdicts and awards may be reviewed here.

Mr. Hammers is an active member of the Los Angeles and Orange County Bar Associations. He regularly lectures on business and real estate issues, including varied topics in commercial and residential real estate. He has been a guest speaker on the issues of Secured Transactions and Anti-Deficiency Legislation at the Southwestern Law School. He has served as a volunteer Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court, and also regularly serves as a judge at Loyola Law School’s National Trial Advocacy Competition.

I endorse this lawyer's work. Mr. Hammers was a highly competent advocate for his client in a difficult, hotly contested matter. His papers were top-notch, as were his presentations in court, arbitration, and mediation. I would recommend Mr. Hammers without hesitation to those in need of legal services in the area of litigation, especially regarding real estate matters.
