Posted by a DUI client,
Back in 2007 I was arrested and charged with DUI, possesion of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia after getting in an accident in my car. The reason I got into this accident was because my blood sugar went low (I am a type 1 diabetic) and I passed out, had nothing to do with drugs in my system. I failed the sobriety tests of course (I couldn't even stand on my own) I contacted the Courts (first his wife) and they said it would cost $ 6,000.00 to represent me. I paid of course thinking they knew what they were doing. During the next 4 months I coresponded with them a total of 3 times !! The final day of my court appearances Will showed up and told me that he could get the drug paraphernalia charge dropped (whooppeee) if I pleaded guilty to the other 2 charges. That was it. They gave me 120 days in jail for the possesion and all the bells and whistles for the DUI. I asked him if I could possibly serve my sentence on house arrest and he had no idea !! He ended up calling some other attorney he knew to find out the answer (which was wrong of course). This guy was a joke. My $ 6,000.00 got me nothing.

Mr. Court Will is a superb/excellent attorney. He handled my case swiftly and efficiently. He worked with me in regards to payments for his services. He took my case in such a short notice and it had an outstanding outcome. He had all my charges dismissed, and dropped. He is not only personable, but very professional. I would recommend Mr. Will and his legal team to any one who needs a GOOD, HONEST, and a HARD-WORKING attorney who is there for them in their time of legal need. Thank You Court Will!

I would like to begin to express about why I am calling Mr. Court and exceptional and a surprising lawyer. Mr. Court was the third lawyer that my family hired to work on my brother's case. My brother's case was a criminal case which absorbed us emotionaly, physically. My brother was facing 37 years to life in prison for a private family problem that occured. Mr. Court came into the case with a very positive outlook and ready to begin working hard for my brother. I call him exceptional for the hardwork he did and the great attitude he has. I call him surprisingly because of his respect for his client's needs, meaning he was always on time for court and did what he said he would do. He always kept us informed of all the new changes. He took his time to explain to my family what exactly was going on with the case. He was very respectful also with dealing with everyone involved in the case. My brother has been free from jail for 3 weeks now, since his last court date. We did not have to go to trial, but Mr. Court was ready to go all the way. Luckily, we did not have to, but at the end he managed to help my brother obtain his freedom. I would highly recommend Mr. Court to anyone seeking a lawyer with lots of expertise, hardworking, responsible, caring and respectful.

I was falsely accused of domestic violence by my wife and the district attorney. My wife had informed me she tried to drop the charges but the district attorney would not. This process went on for over one year. I contacted Attorney Will and met with him and told him my story. I told him the truth and explained that my faith was in God. He impress me by stating that he believed me. Mr. Court Will worked very hard on my case and never once gave up. He encouraged me follow his direction. The domestic violence charges were dropped and I received received an infraction- fined $167.00. This saved my profession career.

My husband had been falsley accused of a crime that he did not commit! We originally went to trial with another lawyer, whom we could never get a hold of, charged more money every time something else came up, and told my husband he better just plea bargain and do 4 years jail time. My husbad was inncoent and saw no reason to plea for a crime that was not commited. After doing some research we met with Court Will and were immediatly impressed he gave us his cell phone number to reach him any time and kept us updated every step of the way. We went to trial more than once and he respected the fact that we did not want to plea and fought for us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY and with a happy ending I might add, no criminal record for my husband! :) THANK YOU FOR YOUR DEDICATION TO US COURT

Last December, I contacted Attorney Court Will for assistance regarding a serious matter.I had called a number of attorneys and Mr. Will was the only one that took the time to promptly return my phone call. He did so after regular working hours. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, care and concern for my situation. He put things into perspective for me and set up a consultation. I met with him at his office and he listened to everything I told him. I was impressed with his listening skills and the time he took out of a busy day to hear me out. I never felt rushed and in fact felt as if i was in confiding in a close friend. Mr. Will had several pre trial conferences and made them without me having to be present. he kept me posted on developments as they occurred. One day he called me to offer me a ple bargain settlement that basically ensured that I would not have a criminal record which was extremely important for me because I am a recently retired law enforcement officer.
I was very pleased with the service and professionalism Mr. Will provided to me and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's an outstanding attorney and a true gentleman. Something that you rarely find nowadays in the legal profession.

I was charged with a felony sex crime. I had a previous attorney before hiring Mr. Will. The other attorney told me I needed to plead guilty or I would go to prison for 3 years. Due to a number of reasons, I didn't want to go to trial, and Mr. Will respected that. Mr. Will went to court for me more times than I can count, did some additional investigation and ultimately told me that I could plead guilty to a lesser offense and get probation and house arrest. I was amazed. I give Mr. Will my highest recommendation.
