Bob Griscom was the best choice for an aviation attorney due to several factors along with the above ratings of excellence.
His expert experience in the field is unmatched and his ability to put the client at ease during
consultations is very good.

Our company has been receiving advice and representation from Bob Griscom for over five years. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to other companies and individuals. The two people we have so far referred to Bob, were quite happy with their decision to hire him.

While Mr. Griscom did not handle any specific legal case for me, the advice that he gave me was most relevant and timely. I have known him for over 30 years, and highly respect his professionalism.

Robert Griscom represented me in a small action from the FAA. Prior to that he successfully
took action against the USNavy when they damaged my aircraft and refused to pay me for a lease agreement. He was referred to me by AOPA.
Robert represented me with determination while treating me fairly and responsibly.
I make a point to tell all my aviation friends about him.

Avoid this attorney. He misrepresents his skill level and leads you down a primrose path until hearings where his lack of knowledge and preparation becomes obvious before a judge. Spent lots of money fighting over answering interrogatories instead of just answering them based on lawyer advice. Attorney thought the plaintiff in the trial was dead (he's not). This attorney takes credit for other attorney's work. This attorney lost two motions for dismissal on procedure for not preparing the motion correctly - even after being told by opposing counsel on what he should fix before the hearing; and discloses priviledged attorney/client information when he's pissed off to try and hurt the client. This attorney has other clients that have sued him for professional negligence (dismissed without prejudice) and lost big for another client on an obvious case that should have been settled. The California State Bar has ignored complaints about this attorney.
