Lynne Feldman is a top-notch attorney with a lot of experience, knowledge, work ethics and foundation. She is a genuine listener, effective problem solver, superb communicator. I am mostly impressed by the time frame when we got our case approved which was literally less than a week. They prepared the best application with very detailed information that provided the painless way to be approved and in such a short period of time. Comfortable office environment, very reasonable fees, always accessible (very important!), patient, friendly, decent, intelligent people that would listen to you and relate to how it feels to be an immigrant. I would recommend Feldman & Associates with full confidence to anyone who seeks perfection, expertise and success with honesty and decency. Being legal in the U.S. has been the ultimate goal for us but having accomplished it with such honorable and humble people like Jason and Lynne was a remarkable experience. I know how overwhelming it can be for those who have struggled with immigration issues or it could be your first attempt to apply for a visa.. either case is in good hands with this team.

My situation did not require me to retain an attorney. However, I had a very pleasant experience with Ms. Feldman before I came to the point to know what I would need. Her credentials are impressive, and I found her responsive and knowledgeable during our interaction.

I totally recommend Lynne for immigration services. I just got my GC after an RFI. She was extremely responsive and prompt on communication; and she took care of the issue very effectively. She always provided the right guidance (on job change & H1B extensions) during entire GC processing time.

Lynne R. Feldman and her team is an Excellent Attorneys with very Wonderful Service. I was very impressed with her utmost knowledge as a attorneys in Immigration field. I was suprised with her prompt response of my every email with great ideas and advises. She call back immediately if I leave her message. During her very first advise to me, she came up with a best solution and did the best job all the way till I got my permanent residency. Lynne is the best immigration attorney out there! My husband & I reside in Dallas, Texas and talked to several top notch attorneys in our area and not one of them gave us any hope and not one of them took the time to explain why. My sister recommended we talk to Lynne to see if she could give us some insight into our situation and she did just that and more! She took on our case and in less than six months, from start to finish, my husband had his residency card in his hands! No attorney takes the time to get to know you better and guide your through the process than Lynne and her team. We definitely recommend her and would use her again if ever needed w/out hestiation.

I have worked with Lynne for my entire process of immigration to US. I started working with her when I switched from my F-1 student status to H-1 Visa. I was highly satisfied with her help so when I needed to start my immigration process I asked for her help again. Recently I finished my permanent residency and throughout this process she has always been very helpful. She is friendly, effective, and efficient. I highly recommend her for any immigration cases.

I can highly recommend Lynne Feldman for your immigration needs, her expertise is outstanding. My husband and I have tried several times to immigrate to the US and have used Mrs. Feldman every time, she has always been there for both of us, even when one of our so called sponsors wanted to do it 'his' way, she informed us that it wouldn't work that way! That the INS (called so at the time) didn't want a novel to read through, but only wanted the facts, nothing more. Needless to say that it didn't work as we went with what the sponsor wanted!!! Not only has Mrs. Feldman helped us become legal, I am proud to count Lynne Feldman as a personal friend on top of her being the only lawyer I can recommend in immigration matters. I have talked to a few on several occasions! Her fees are very reasonable ,I honestly think that with the expertise you get for the money, it is money very well spend!

I liked Lynne's confidence and solid knowledge and expertise. She is also very kind. She guided me very well to provide her with the necessary and right material for a strong case. She put together a solid case in an about 65 pages cover letter. I received my Green Card -the hard copy- within six months after she submitted my application (no RFE, no interview). Her fees were reasonable.
