I have been successfully serving the needs of the individuals and businesses of San Diego County since 1986. I received a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Michigan University and a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. I am also the former Division Counsel and Ethics Director for General Dynamics.
I have extensive court and transactional experience including but not limited to Wills, Trusts, Probate, Conservatorships, Guardianships, Trust Administration, Will Disputes, Trust Litigation, Business Formation, Contracts, Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs). I have lectured and written articles on a variety of legal topics and taught classes on the Legal Issues for Business as an Adjunct Professor at Southwestern College. I am also a court appointed attorney representing the interest of incapacitated people.
Currently, I serve on the panel of experienced attorneys for San Diego County Lawyer Referral Services. Additionally, I served for three years as an officer of the South Bay Bar Association, a Director for the South Bay Lawyer Referral Service, Director of the Bonita Professional Association, Director of the Norman Park Senior Center Educational Foundation and the Stewardship Committee for New Hope Community Church.
I have lived in the South Bay for over thirty years. I have supported the community as an AYSO (American Youth Soccer Organization) referee, Assistant Scout Master and Committee Chair for Troop 874. I was also a member of the PTA for Bonita Vista Middle School.
