When I contacted him first he told me the case was no big deal. A pending divorce to be finalized. Once he received his retainer check he was increasingly unresponsive. He filed some paperwork that was rejected by the court. I never even was informed. I only learned about it by calling the court myself. How could someone like this make a living in his profession is beyond me. Stay clear from this guy.

Mr. Wasserson advised that he would try to handle this to keep it from getting nasty. When the other side started acting snippy in Court, my lawyer came down on them pretty heavy. After that, we were able to work things out by settling.

Our matter started out with a great deal of bitterness and hostility,but Sam's steady hand showed that we'd be better served by working together and shelving our egos. As a result, the costs involved were greatly reduced and our matter moved along smoothly without a lot of unnecessary bitterness.
