david was our attorney in a medical malpractice case. he knows exactly what he is doing and is an excellent trial lawyer, so knowledgeable and took care of every last detail. he is also very fair and honest about the chances of winning. we are so thankful we found the right attorney to represent us.

1970's ...My husband and I decided to divorce. We had 4 children. I had an agreement with my husband and I went to see David to have him write up that agreement. I paid him for this in advance. Months went by and he did not have the agreement ready. In the meantime, my husband was calling asking why it was not ready and, each time he would call, he would lower his agreement offer. David continued this for a year and there was nothing I could do. He kept telling me he was working on it and I had already paid him. Eventually my husband got tired of waiting and hired an attorney for himself. Then the "war" started. I was young and inexperienced.
I TRUSTED David and I'd have done better to have my head examined. The excuse David gave was that he was going through his own divorce at the time and would I please let the Senior Partner of his law firm rectify everything. What a joke ... and the joke was on me.
There is so much to tell here but there wouldn't be enough room to tell it. My husband's income at that time was over $10,000.00 a month, but I had to sell my home to feed the children because the divorce was so poorly handled.
I was ignorant enough to keep going back to this 'incompetent' and each time he screwed me over. I only realized this in retrospect and after discussing these issues with professionals and family friends. He knows exactly what he has done, so a warning...approach this man with caution. He's done me and mine a great deal of harm and never blinked an eye!

David took a case that had been turned down by 5 - 6 other attorneys and handled the case brilliantly, winning a large settlement for us.
