Mr. Rodgers not only very knowledgeable and professional but very friendly and honest. He is very responsive via email and on the phone as well. He is AVAILABLE!!!! That is rear. Extremely patience. My English is far away from being perfect yet he listened and was very respectful. He did not try to pull me into something and create something that was not there. It was the opposite. I posted a question. He answered. I called on the phone. He answered. I sent him an email. He answered. Everything was part of the free consultation. That is one in a million. Thank you. Highly recommend him.
Mr. Rodgers was kind enough to answer my question(s) within an hour of my contact. I found the content of his response informative and directly related to my question. Thank you for the rapid succinct response!
Rick represented me on an easement dispute. His writing skills and attention to detail made a request for summary judgement by the opposition go away. He took my case at the eleventh hour after I fired my first attorney and came up to speed very quickly. I interviewed a lot of attorneys and Rick's interest in my case and his experience as a former real estate broker won me over. Rick was able to help me arrive at a reasonable resolution to my case.
I called Richard Rodgers seeking help to go against the Homeowners Association Attorney problems in what to do? He was the nicest attorney to help me understand where I stood. Mr Rodgers understood my situation where the number of other attorneys refused to qualify the case. He is a no nonsense attorney - he was very knowledgeable and insightful in to my situation.
