Description: 3rd time DUI. Defendant ran a stop sign and fled a motorcycle cop. Half and hour later, the officer located him at his job. He was was arrested for DUI and blew .19/.21. After two weeks of trial we proved that he was not under the influence and that the breath results were wrong. The case was dismissed.
