Customer review: Mr. Wells represented me in a racial discrimination matter several years ago. At the time I was working as general laborer for a huge, nationally known construction contractor which focuses on government projects. I was continually call racial epithet and when work was slow, the African-Americans were the first to be laid off and the last to be re-hired because of their race.

I eventually wanted to see a lawyer about my situation. I was recommended to Mr. Wells by a very prominent Los Angeles lawyer. I went to see him, without and appointment, he and his staff were very understanding and helpful. They took on my case and vigorously fought a very tough battle on my behalf. Right before the trial the defendant, settled my case for 1.8 million. If it weren’t for Mr. Wells, I don’t know what would happened to me. He is bright man and cares for his clients. I would recommend Mr. Wells without any hesitation. The world could use more lawyers like him.

I hold that attorney and his firm in very high regard. His comment was that his well known firm had seen Sam Wells in action and thought well of his expertise and breadth as a client advocate. I concur in that assessment and found in my fairly complex case, Sam was a quick study and ultimately was very effective. My case related to issues where I as an officer in a C-Suite job had been terminated under circumstances where public disclosure of financial facts was at issue, and Sam did a very very good job in a "well contested" case.
