Outcome: Not guilty after 7 day jury trial

Description: My client was a well liked bouncer in a club who was simply doing his job. When he asked several patrons to leave, a malee broke out between three of the patrons and my client was blamed. At the end of the day, the jury was able to see that this "patron" was just trying to shake down the bar/restaurant for money and that my client was factually and legally innocent of the battery charges.
