About Me

Workers’ Compensation Attorney Jason Mills has been practicing workers’ compensation law in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2000. Since 2001, Mr. Mills has been a founding partner of the Neeman & Mills law firm.

Jason Mills was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He learned a respect for hard work from his parents who both worked in busy Las Vegas casinos. At the age of fourteen, he began working after school at a local plant nursery where he further honed his respect for hard work. After graduating from Western High School, Jason Mills attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1996. Mr. Mills then attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. While pursuing his law degree Mr. Mills joined the law school’s Gafford Mock Trial Team and entered competition against other law schools from around the country. During his time at California Western, Mr. Mills was also elected to be the Student Bar Association Vice-President. In 2000, Mr. Mills earned Juris Doctorate law degree and returned to Las Vegas to pursue his legal career. In 2000, Mr. Mills obtained his license to practice law in Nevada and begun his professional legal career.

After a brief but meaningful employment with the prestigious Jimmerson-Hansen law firm, Jason Mills joined with fellow California Western School of Law graduate, Jeffrey S. Neeman, to form the Neeman & Mills law firm. Mr. Mills then began representing the interests of injured workers here in Nevada. Since that time, Mr. Mills has acted as lead counsel on well over one thousand contested workers’ compensation claims. He has developed a reputation as a tireless advocate for his injured clients. Mr. Mills has successfully litigated workers’ compensation cases through the Nevada Industrial Insurance system at all levels of the administrative law process; from the initial Hearing Office, to the Appeals Office, to the Nevada District Court, and to the Nevada Supreme Court.

Today, Mr. Mills focuses his practice on Nevada workers’ compensation claims representing Nevada’s injured workers. Indeed, many new clients are regularly referred to him by not only former clients who are highly satisfied with the outcome of their worker’s comp cases, but also from fellow attorneys of the Nevada Bar Association who recognize Mr. Mills’ legal skill in the field of Nevada workers’ compensation law. Professionally, there is nothing that Mr. Mills enjoys more than helping Nevada’s injured workers get the benefits they are owed.

Jason Mills is married and has a lovely daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling abroad with them. Recreationally, Mr. Mills has a life-long love of motorcycles and general aviation.
