I was referred to Mr. Potter by an old friend who is an attorney in another state. He told me that Mr. Potter had an excellent reputation and had an AV rating (the highest possible) from judges and peers. Mr. Potter exceeded my expectations. He was outstanding in court. He was always well prepared and he helped me in my family during a time when it seemed that our lives were falling apart. I would not hesitate to recommend a friend to Mr. Potter's office.

Mr. Potter represented me in three separate cases, all the while giving me excellent legal advice, and encouraging every step of the way to maintain my sobriety. His representation in all my cases helped me get my life back on track and take responsibility for my actions.

Mr. Cal Potter handled a case for my family. This was a very emotional and stressful time for all of us. Cal was very understanding and knowledgeable, which gave us a lot of comfort. I am sure he has a busy and full schedule but he or his assistant Stacie always returned our phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Cal is very confident, which of course everyone wants in an attorney. Most importantly, he is never condescending.
I have heard that cases similar to ours usually last 6 months or more. Thanks to Cal, our case only lasted a little under 3 months. He made a negotiation with the DA, that our family is incredibly grateful for. There is no doubt in my mind that if we had any other attorney, this case would have lasted longer, been a lot more stressful, and have not turned out in our favor. Our case has been dismissed and it is because of our diligent attorney.
I would definitely recommend Cal to my friends and family. I actually have done so already. He's currently working on a case for my brother-in-law. He had a DUI and hired an attorney that did not do anything for him but cause him to receive warrants. Cal has not only taken on the messy case, but has also cleared the warrants.

Cal Potter has represented me for multiple traffic violations for several years.
In dealing with his staff and with himself directly I have always been treated fairly and kept informed as to what is required from me with regard to my cases.
Criminal and traffic violations are only a portion of his business and I have referred friends and colleagues for civil rights violations and personal injury cases in the past.
Mr. Potter is a kind hearted man who cares deeply for each of his clients. Through his work representing the injured and accused, he helps bring justice to suffering people and their families and is able to help in giving a second chance to those that society has readily discarded.
I have always trusted my legal woes to Mr. Potter and his familial staff and would suggest you do the same!

Mr. Potter has helped me with two problems, one for criminal charges and another for injuries. Both times he took very good care of me and my family. He is not afraid to go up against the government, or against people and companies that have more money and power than the rest of us. He also represented my cousin, who is mentally ill and really difficult. I was surprised that he had the patience to put up with her and that he did not hold it against me when I came to see him the second time, which was after I referred her to his office.

I have known Mr. Potter as far back as I can remember. Words can not describe what He has done for my family and I.

I was on prescriptive drugs when I was pulled over and charged with a DUI. Another Attorney referred me to Mr. Potter. He listened to my side of the story and tried my case in front of a judge to protect my record. He won my case, so I didn't have to go to jail. I am grateful that because of him I got my life back. I would refer any friends, family or coworkers to him for any of his services. His staff was also very friendly and responsive.

I called several attorneys to represent in a case against public officials. All of the other attorneys were afraid to get involved. Mr. Potter sued everyone that I wanted named and tried the case handled the appeal and filed a second suit on my behalf. He was fearless.

Mr. Potter did a great job on my case, and for a great price. I was concerned at first that my case was not a high priority because it was not too serious, but when the day of my trial arrived he was incredibly prepared and did a fantastic job in all aspects of trial advocacy. To add to this: Mr. Potter came to my trial on the morning of his son's wedding so that I didn't have to reschedule the hearing. I highly recommend him.
