Attorney driggs was very nice at the initial appt. I was a client of his for almost 2 years. I only saw him once !!! My application was denied because of a poorly done waiver.
The paralegal went from being secretary to next day paralegal. Lucina is the paralegal and she is absolutely clueless about immigration, paperwork and about clients. I am soooo disappointed in this office not only did they take my money
But they wasted our families time.
I hired Andrew Driggs for my wife. Overall he was unresponsive, uninformative, and most importantly Andrew Driggs wasted 18 months of our time. When we hired the second attorney are case was terminated within a week and my wife's immigration status was resolved within a couple months. Be aware Andrew Driggs will come across as friendly and informative at the interview. The more you pay Andrew Driggs and the longer you are a client, you will begin to see his true colors. In fact Andrew Driggs completely missed his first court date and left my wife in ICE custody longer than necessary. Lastly I am aware Andrew Driggs has a bad reputation in his industry among his peers, judges, and immigration officers. In conclusion Andrew Driggs who is now working at Monaco Law Group in Long Beach should be avoided at all costs. Also avoid any attorney from Monaco Law Group as we have worked with 3 of them and they are all substandard.
Please stay away from this office, it is unorganized, you will not get updates, staff is so rude, they do not submit paperwork on time, wont let you see the attorney, paralegal is so inexperianced.
My application was denied because they did not submit the additional paperwork on time, on multiple occasions I have asked to speak to the attorney and they have made me wait and he doesnt show up. By the way I have paid over $7,000.00 upfront for this below average service. I am reporting them to the board.
Andy did a great job with my wife's immigration case..... My wife and I were married in the US and Andy assisted us all the way through the process until citizenship. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. If you want to make sure your case is done right.... I would recommend you call Andy!!
Andrew is the best immigration lawyer that I have ever met in Las Vegas. he is very creative, knowledgeable, supportive and wonderful person to deal with. He does what it takes to achieve his clients' best interest results. I highly recommend him for any immigration case based on my personal experience with him. Thanks Andrew and I wish you all the success.
Andrew Driggs has been extremely helpful to me and my wife while working on the immigration paperwork for my wife's parents. We found him by checking the lawyers available on through Hyatt Legal.
It was such a relief to get a call back from someone who took time to answer my questions and help me understand the process! Where we live (Denver) it is extremely difficult to find immigration lawyers. All the immigration lawyers that I called in New York were not very helpful at all. One even told me that I needed to hire a lawyer in India (where my in-laws are from).
Andrew has also been very helpful with document review of the paperwork that needed to be assembled. I highly recommend calling this lawyer for immigration help.
This lawyer is one that I would recommend to all that I know who needs this type of service. He stays in contact and will always give the best advice. His knowledge with his duties are trustworthy and without him, anyone could have a hard time. You can always expect a return call if he is not available. Andy is someone I will continue to call in the future for continued support.
