Best DUI Defense Ever

Stephen is an extraordinary attorney. I would recommend him to any and everyone I know! I was faced with an extreme DUI charge here in AZ and Steve successfully convinced the jury panel that the charges were BS. I'd originally come to know Steve while doing some contract work in his office seven years prior to my charges. I recalled at the time that if I'd ever needed someone of his expertise, that I would certainly call on him. As time evolved, AZ became very harsh and a self-proclaimed zero tolerance state. Along with that, the law enforcement has become extremely judgemental and over-reactive to suspected DUI offenders. I fell victom to this growing enterprise of cops who pluck people off of the road to pad their paycheck. Law enforcement officers are incentivised to wright as many tickets as possible during their shifts. It makes for a nice sum of overtime! Steve is well aware of the in's and out's of our time and is fully willing to take the battle to court when necessary. I asked him, during one of our phone conversations about the prosecuting attorney's plea offer, "What would you do?" He simply replied, "I would fight it if were me." I was terrified, I must confess. I placed my life, my trust in this man. To this day, I'm glad I did. Stephen is my hero. As we walked (in my case, wheeled - I'm in a wheelchair) away from the courthouse, I told Steve that he was a God! Down to the very last moments of the Jury's deliberation, I was certain that the prosecuter was going to have her way with me. She presented a very compelling case. I even turned to Steve and told him that I thought they would return guilty verdicts. I was certain that my life was going to be in ruin. After reviewing the long list of criminal lawyers in Tucson, it didn't take me long to select Stephen Paul Barnard. His credentials more then qualify him to handle serious criminal charges. Mr. Barnard and his staff kept me well informed on the status of my case and exceeded my expectations. Whenever i had a quesion or a request about my case i recieved exactly what i was looking for. Barnard treated me with respect and reassurence about the progress of my case throughout the court preceedings. Mr Barnard is a very highly respected DUI lawyer not only in Tucson but nation-wide. I suggest you make the right choice like i did and hire Mr. Barnard for your criminal case!
