I was in serious trouble the first time in my 50 years of life. I was facing numerous charges. I had no hope even though Ed Loss did. He kept me informed every step of the way which was important to me because the fear of the unknown was excruciatingly overwhelming. Amazingly, most of the charges were completely dropped and, after fulfilling a few court requirements, I had my life back. I would tell your friends who attend happy hour and the ones that say they just had one drink at the wedding to keep Ed Loss' number in their wallets - you NEVER know when it's your time.

I have to say that I was very nervous about my DUI case and immediately set out for a top of the line DUI Lawyer in AZ. I came across Edward A. Loss III. I am married and have 3 children, and was very concerned about doing an extended amount of time in jail. With Mr. Loss's firm, my worries were put to rest and I did only 2 days in jail, with counseling and probation, which was terminated upon successful completion of my counseling and jail sentence.

Thank you for your assistance through a very difficult period of my life. Having never experienced this type of thing before, I was very anxious about my DUI case. To have 5 pending charges a) Extreme DUI, greater than .15 b) DUI greater than .08 c) Operating a vehicle within 2 hours of consuming alcohol d) Speeding 65 in a 40 MPH zone e) Unsafe Lane Change , dropped to a simple DUI "impaired to the slightest degree" is absolutely amazing!!!!! One day in jail, and 12 months of have an interlock ignition device is a small price to pay considering what I would have been dealing with by pleading guilty.
I was facing up to $4500 in fines and 10 days in jail at the minimum. Had I listened to one of the officers at the processing center and just plead guilty, I would have been summarily screwed. I believe the prosecutor's office plea bargained down to virtually nothing due to the fact that they did not want to go to trial with ED LOSS. Any other attorney with a lesser reputation with the PHX prosecutor's office would not have gotten the same plea bargain deal. If I had the resources or time to actually take this to trial, I'm absolutely convinced they would have dropped the case, or lose at trial. Delia Neal was absolutely awesome in your absence. Nothing personal Ed, but once the MVD stuff is handled, I never want to speak with you again, unless it's strictly social. When I spoke with Mr. Loss, I was in a very bad situation. I was charged with a DUI while going 112+ miles an hour. Mr. Loss, while recognizing that I was in some serious trouble, never failed to recognize that no case in unwinable. He took on my case and from the very get-go fought for me tooth and nail. In the end, my DUI charge was dropped. I plead guilty to reckless driving which carried a $355 fine, but no license suspension, no probation and no community service. I highly recommend Mr. Loss. He doesn't like losing and will fight harder than ever for you.

When I decided to go to trial, this man fought for me tooth and nail. He doesn't sugarcoat or blow smoke; I knew exactly where I stood every step of the way. After being overwhelmed with a mountain of motions filed by Mr. Loss, the prosecutor in my case dismissed the charges and I haven't heard from them since, which has been over a year. I would recommend Mr. Loss to anyone. He knows what he's doing and more importantly, he knows what "they're" doing, and effectively cuts them off at the pass.

Mr Loss went above and beyond any thing i could have expected.
He defended my family like it was his own !!
I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Loss again for any of my family or friends.
