I was referred to Attorney Elizabeth Faulkner by a former EEOC attorney after my previous attorney stopped practicing and terminated all of his clients. Due to an immense amount of errors, time delays as well as missed filing deadlines on the part of my former attorney, I did not believe I would be able to find an attorney (and it had to be “the best of the best”) who would accept me as a client. I was incredibly lucky that Elizabeth did, knowing full well the plethora of mistakes she would inherit due to my former attorney’s lack of ethics.

Elizabeth was completely honest with me from my first meeting with her to my last, and was unbelievably responsive. Elizabeth is a solid attorney whose ethics and morals are unsurpassed. Due to the experience I had with my former attorney, it was difficult for me to believe in another attorney and at times, my follow-up with Elizabeth was shoddy at best, but she never gave up on me or my case. She never sugar coated the facts, she was straight forward, she involved me in every step of my case, even the times I would tell her “I trust your judgment, do what you think is best,” she would respond by informing me that although she appreciates my faith in her, I must read, review and decide what “I” would like to do, if “I” accepted the terms. I learned so much from Elizabeth, not just about employment law but also how an attorney is supposed to act, I know how lucky I was to have Elizabeth as my attorney. She fought hard for me and for that I am forever grateful. Due to Elizabeth’s advocacy on my behalf, her professionalism and her immense knowledge of employment law, she was able to obtain a settlement for me from my now former employer. It took Elizabeth less than three months to obtain a settlement on my behalf when I had been with my former attorney for almost two years with no movement on my case at all. Elizabeth took what was nearly impossible and made it possible.

Elizabeth also made several attempts on my behalf to obtain monies owed to me by my former attorney and ensured I received each of these emails. When her attempts were thwarted by my former attorney she provided me with the information required to retrieve any and all fees that are due to me from him. She did not have to do this, yet she did. This, on its own, shows that Elizabeth is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I cannot say enough about Elizabeth as mere words do not do justice for all she did for me.

I came into Elizabeth's office embarrassed, angry and fearful of my future. She counseled me, explained the process and did not promise things she could not do. Without much fanfair she obtained an excellent settlement for me. I began my job search without fear of retaliation or improper information from the prior employer.
She is a solid advocate!

Elizabeth and her staff did a truly fantastic job for me. I felt that I was truly represented by a team that had my best interests in mind at all times, and were not afraid to make a stand on my behalf. They were professional and knowledgable.
