Olga Zlotnik represented me in 2011 with law suit obtained by one of the banks based on contractual obligations back in 2006 when I have purchased lot with very popular then veriable rate loans. Due to poor economy and financial crisis I have lost the land and a lot of money but yet was sued by bank for $ 2,500.00 deficiency!
Bank wanted me to pay additional almost $ 10,000 for all costs including their attorneys fees.
I can't explain how devastated I was about the whole situation but thanks to God I had Olga to represent me!
She had very little to rely on applicable law in my favor for proptecting me from getting ripped off by bank but she is an excellent negotiator and as of result she saved me a lot of money and headaches by settling dispute before it went through costly court procedure.
She is honest, professional, she has an excellent negotiating skills and real compassion to represent her clients for their best interest.
