Best defense anyone could ask for .had my class 6 felony dropped to a misdemeanor ...
Guy Brown is helping my family and I through the most difficult couple of years of our lives. One of my family members is being charged with 2nd degree murder. Guy Brown and his staff have taken such a tremendous amount of stress and fear away from us and have given us hope for a bright future. Guy is an honest man, fair and right to the point he is compassionate and caring . If Guy tells you something, you are guaranteed he will follow through with it. Guy and his staff do an outstanding job representing our family member and making us feel worthy. Thank you Mr. Brown and your staff for all that you are doing for my family. I thank God for having you on my team . I would highly recommend Guy and his staff to anyone seeking top notch legal services.
I was referred to Mr. Brown's office by a friend. Within one week of my first conversation with one of the lawyers on staff, I was told that this lawyer was leaving the firm. I had the option to go with the lawyer I originally talked with, or staying with Guy's firm. Guy invited me in for a meeting and a half an hour later, I was thoroughly convinced that I should stay with the firm. Guy gave me assurances that one of his best lawyers would handle my case, and that Guy would also review the case as well, which he did. I couldn't have asked for better representation. Thanks to Guy for making what was an already bad situation that much better!
Thank you for all your help! This being my first experience I was very scared and you and your staff helped to relieve a lot of that fear.
Guy is an excellent lawyer. And has a great staff! I would suggest using Guy Brown if you are in need of legal help! Fantastic lawyer and he did a fantastic job for me! Thank you!
Guy did a great job explaining every step of the way of our case. I was able to contact him anytime on his phone to ask questions about our case. When he spoke to the people involved in the case, we could tell that he had a lot of experience in defending his clients and taking care of his clients. He was always looking out for our best interests and made recommendations that were helpful to our case. If we ever needed a defense lawyer again, we would definitely call Guy again. We highly recommend Guy Brown.
Very caring and will go out of his way to make sure that you know everything happening in the case. I would highly recommend him for your legal needs.
I never had much use for lawyers until I found myself the victim of a bully, a plain clothes off-duty cop. Of course I didn't know that much when this other driver ran a stop sign and I thought he hit me. Thinking it was a hit and run, since he was driving away, I tried to follow and get a license plate. Then he escalated the situation trying to get me to rear end him, jumped out of his car, beat on the hood of my car and then pulled a gun on me all while not announcing himself as a cop nor showing a badge. He just kept yelling to get out of the car. That's not what you do when you think a crazy person is attacking you. Then when I saw a uniformed officer show up I thought I was safe. I felt then there was someone with a gun that could help diffuse the situation with this other driver trying to kill me. I told the uniformed officer I didn't know who this crazy guy was and that uniformed officer told me the other driver was a cop. If that wasn't shocking enough to find out this driver attacking me was a cop, as I exited the vehicle the other driver threatened that he would have killed me by unloading his gun had he been in uniform. That was the beginning of a nightmare that I will live with forever. There were no injuries nor any property damages whatsoever. In addition to Mr Brown I hired a private investigator to search for reasons why this plain clothes off-duty cop attacked me like he did. They uncovered over 125 pages of an internal affairs file this cop has for only about 5 years of service that they could dig up. In it this cop has complaints for wrecking city police cars, attacking other citizens with undue force, being late for shifts, being banned from his kids school campus and sporting events for harassing staff and other parents, and had domestic problems on top of all that. It took over eleven months to get that internal affairs file but that explained why that plain clothes off-duty copy acted the way he did. That cop never showed up for any of my hearings and even shrugged off his internal affairs file when my lawyer brought it up. I had NO RECORD prior, not even a parking ticket. The system wanted to put me in prison over this for up to 10 years, I kid you not. If it wasn't for Guy Brown and his staff I wouldn't be here writing this review today. They helped get a reduced sentence without having to go to trial which I couldn't afford. Prosecution wouldn't dismiss the case even with a huge list of complaints in the cops internal affairs file. I am still fighting to get my life back. I just received and accepted my dream job which would have helped me pay back all the money I leveraged to fight this case. However due to now having a record that shows an assault, even though it was converted to a single misdemeanor, I lost the job offer when the background check came back. I blame the system for this. You have to have a law firm like Guy Brown's to help navigate the system and help you prove any innocence you have. Don't let the system win. Make sure you ask questions and Guy Brown and staff will give it to you straight. I know it may not be what you want to hear, but they will do what they can to help you. Mr Brown is even trying to help me get that job offer turned back around. He'll be there when you need it. It will cost some money, can't lie there, but again you need an expert to help you navigate the treacherous waters of the system. God Bless and Prayers to you and your family if you're reading this. You will survive!
I was referred to Guy Brown to advise and represent me in a criminal case, and the experience has been terrific. Mr. Brown made it clear from our first conversation that he would always be available if needed and he has consistently backed that up and been extremely responsive whenever necessary. He has been extremely supportive throughout the case, and kept me focused and encouraged that we would work through this. Through his knowledge of the law and the trial process he was able to secure a very fair and favorable outcome for my case that I believe would never have happened with another attorney.
I have found working with Mr. Brown to be extremely positive - he made the effort to know me personally and care about what would happen both with my case and afterward. Mr. Brown took the time to not only understand the facts of my case but the complete background of my situation. He then assessed what happened, was very clear and direct about how the defense should proceed, and then he delivered on all of his commitments.
I cannot say enough about the dedication and invaluable experience that Mr. Brown has that brought this case to a very satisfactory outcome, and would without any hesitation recommend him for anyone in need.
Thank you, Mr. Brown, for who you are and what you did for me!
An extremely satisfied client.
Guy is a fantastic attorney! He kept me informed, kept me calm and most importantly, won the case! I highly recommend using Guy in your defense.
Mr. Brown made me feel like I would be successful (and was) in the resolution of the issue I had. He showed me empathy but in our hearing he was unbelievable. He was passionate in our defense. My family and I had never been in the position we were in before so we were very unsure as to what to expect and wary. Having Guy by our side made this difficult situation manageable. Guy actually was defending my juvenile child. My child said that he was very comfortable talking to him about the situation. He felt that Mr. Brown had prepared him for the hearing and he knew how to behave. We feel very fortunate that he represented us. My child has a second chance to prove himself.
