Scott W Hulbert

Scott  joined Engelman Berger in 2008 after practicing with two of Arizona’s largest firms. He represents financial institutions, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, business owners, general contractors, subcontractors, residential developers, commercial developers, and real estate investors in a variety of actions before federal, state, and administrative courts and agencies. He is active in the firm’s commercial litigation and natural resources practices.

 

Scott is experienced in all aspects of the litigation process. At each stage of the process, he counsels clients on the best and most cost effective approach to reaching their goals. Although not hesitant to fully contest a matter through the trial stage, Scott recognizes the need to explore other resolution options such as mediation or settlement when the best business solution for a client is something short of trial. He has also represented clients before state and federal agencies, including the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings.
