About Me

Amy is an experienced litigator in commercial litigation, business contracts, business torts, business divorce and disputes, consumer loans and contracts, receivership actions, and fraud. Recent cases include assisting a member of an LLC obtain a judgment for fraud against the manager of the LLC, assisting a mortgage broker defend a lawsuit by the lender, and defending a commercial landlord-tenant dispute.


Amy has strong appellate experience and has briefed appellate cases in the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, California Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit, Seventh Circuit, and Fifth Circuit. She has handled appeals on a variety of subjects, including family law and divorce, employment, class actions, consumer rights, and commercial litigation matters. Recent cases involve an appeal of visitation rights for a same-sex couple and an appeal of a business valuation in a divorce.


Amy lives in Phoenix and, when not working hard for her clients, enjoys running with her dogs, golf, and reading.
