Robert Saunders is the managing attorney at the law firm of Saunders Law, PLLC. Mr. Saunders works to protect, defend and uphold your constitutional rights. As an attorney, Mr. Saunders has significant courtroom experience. He has managed and participated in all aspects of litigation. He has conducted numerous bench and jury trials at both the justice and district court levels and has appeared before the Utah Court of Appeals. Mr. Saunders has successfully handled DUIs that ranged from your standard, misdemeanor DUI case to very complex, Felony DUI cases with numerous suppression issues. Additionally, Mr. Saunders routinely conducts administrative hearings before the Utah Driver License Division.
Before studying and becoming licensed in law, Robert Saunders was a member of the U.S. Ski Team. Mr. Saunders was born and raised in Park City, Utah. Mr. Saunders received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Colby College in Maine, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law.
