I, along with my late wife, have been clients of the law firm ”Idaho Estate Planning” since September of 2002. During this time they have prepared four Trusts for us, directed at providing for a final disposition of our assets to our heirs in a simple, direct and tax efficient manner. We have been very satisfied with the quality of their work, in both the initial preparation, and the ongoing maintenance of these Trusts. The firm’s assistance in the transition to successor trusts, pursuant to the demise of my late wife, was prompt and effective. I have found both the principal, Mr. Mark E. Wight, and the staff of the firm, to be professional, trust worthy, prompt, courteous, and efficient in their work. They have always evidenced a willingness to listen, and to work through our desires and concerns, consistent with the requirements of the various laws and regulations. Mark goes beyond what is expected in the usual trust attorney/client business relationship. His suggestions are realistic. He provides regular law updates. He also conducts free seminars with guest speakers who address legal issues often facing elder members of society. He also is personable and has a good sense of humor.
