Mitch helped me out in a complex incorporation 12 years ago and did stellar work. I've had the paperwork reviewed by 2 other lawyers and an accountant over the years, and they confirmed the quality and the thoroughness. I recently contacted Mitch again, for some advice on some implementation details.... He not only was able to respond within 48 hours but also forwarded me some additional documentation and worksheets that we had somehow misplaced, but he had managed to retain all these years.
