The informal admonition related to my inadvertant failure to update an application to appear before the Arizona Corporation Commission, a state agency, in an administrative proceeding. My application was granted but later withdrew. According to the District of Columbia Bar, I was required to update the application before withdrawing.. The Colorado Bar and the Arizona Bar disagreed with this ruling, and I did not receive any admonition from either Bar less
