I was so pleased that I hired Jim Bailey to represent me in my divorce. It was a very complex case and Jim was incredible to work with. He is so intelligent and good at what he does and knows the law so well. He always kept me in the loop with my case, was completely professional, always returned phone messages immediately and held my hand through out the entire process. He always treated me with respect and dignity. I had interviewed several other attorneys before I hired Jim. The others promised the moon, whereas Jim was very honest and realistic at all times. I also feel like my bill would have been much higher if I would have hired another firm. James Bailey was worth every penny and I would hire him again in a heartbeat! I was so grateful to have him on my side. I have referred many people to him and will continue to do so.

We hired two different lawyers for a family law matter before finally finding Jim Bailey, and the difference between the first two and Jim are like night and day. Rather than bash the two before let me give you his strong points: he listens, he is honest with you without being condescending or abusive, he does the work: researches the case and prepares you for court and IN court he will stand up for you and he KNOWS the law.
