I am a Colorado attorney, and my law practice is focused on trial-oriented conflict resolution in Colorado. I regularly practice law in both federal and Colorado state courts, and before the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts and the Social Security Administration's Office of Disability Adjudication and Review.
With broad legal experience and a background in human services and education, I enjoy problem-solving and function well in high-pressure environments and situations requiring skilled interpersonal communication.
I am admitted to the State Bar of Colorado, and also am a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the First and Tenth Circuits, and the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. I have been granted pro hac vice admission in other jurisdictions, as well.
My law practice primarily includes Child and Family Investigations and work as a Parenting Coordinator/Decision Maker, Appeals in all courts, Trial Work and Litigation (including Probate and Domestic Relations cases, Work Injury and Disability claims, Personal Injury and Motor Vehicle Accident cases, Insurance Bad Faith, Civil Rights and Discrimination, Intellectual Property, and Commercial Disputes).
