Karen connected with me on Twitter after I tweeted a plea for help with a complicated project agreement. I had been referred to two attorneys by friends: one who never returned my email and another who took almost a week to respond each time we exchanged emails. After Karen replied to my tweet with a helpful suggestion, we exchanged "hello!" emails, agreed on a price, exchanged contracts, resolved the payment online, and next thing I knew that ornery agreement was back in my Inbox...thoroughly reviewed, edited, and vastly improved in my favor. This was all via email with two time zones between us. She managed to take care of the entire thing in the less time than it took the other attorney to reply to single email. I have brought other contracts/agreements to Karen since then and am always grateful for her advice and pleased with her level of service. I trust her and depend on her fully to keep me (and my business) out of harm's way, and I am hugely thankful that she answered my call for help.
