Description: I was able to argue (on a technicality) that officer miswrote defendant's date of birth as mm-dd-08 instead of mm-dd-80, so the Judge ruled in my client's favor and the license was saved even though the client's breath test results were almost 3 times the legal limit and my client was involved in an accident on the night of his arrest.
