I was in the process of looking for a lawyer when I came across this website and I saw that Mr. Kirker had excellent reviews. I have spoken to a couple lawyers prior to finding him and I was unhappy with them because they seemed to be impartial to my situation. I can not tell you how glad I was just to speak with him over the phone. I am in the process of getting a divorce and the entire process has been very difficult and since I am a unique case (military spouse of a disabled veteran) it has been very challenging for me to find a lawyer that is both confident and knowledgeable on all of the information I presented. I set up a phone consultation with Mr. Kirker via his assistant (who was also wonderful) and I spoke with Mr. Kirker soon after. He was very professional and courteous over the phone. He had an answer to all of my questions regarding benefits, income and other important factors and I was most impressed with his ability to empathize with my situation. Plus he was also able to provide me with a lot of useful resources to aid in my process. I knew immediately that he cared about me as a client rather than just about the amount of money he would receive because he looked out for my best interest (even when that meant me hiring someone else because he is located one hour away). I had one phone consultation and I got off the phone very VERY impressed by his compassionate character. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone. He is truly a terrific person that will help you solve your legal issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. 10/10!!

I had a very lengthy divorce process including; a temporary orders hearing, mediation, and endless negotiations. Chris kept me in the loop the entire time, and always fought for what was best for both me and my son. He was very patient with me and this case, although my ex-husband had gone through 2 attorneys and continuously was dragging his feet when it came to agreeing on terms. Chris was very thorough in helping me understand the divorce process, my options, our time frame and budget. He was really good at keeping me informed and we stayed within the budget that he initially quoted for me. I really appreciate his and the law firm's transparency while handling my case. We will start this review with this. I started calling attorneys on a friday the day after thanksgiving. Chris called me back on sunday of the thanksgiving break and apologized for taking so long to get back to me. He was honest with me and decided he couldnt give my case the attention it needed. I hired a diffrent lawyer. I moved forward with my case. Two weeks later he called me to check on me. I was having problems with the attorney i hired, and was unhappy with their performance in court. Chris met with me that day, answerd every call and e-mail in a timley manner. Every single timeline he set he met. He updated me any time something happened. He called me to check on my son the the weekend, he answerd my time sensitive e-mail on the weekend. I didnt have to go to my trial date because chris helped me settle out of court the week of christmas. I have nothing but great things to say about him. My other lawyers didnt have my sons best intrests in mind. Chris made them a prioity. This guy gets it.

Chris was very knowledgeable and I felt reassured knowing that he was working my case. Chris ensured that my case was resolved in the most favorable outcome possible in accordance with the law. He demands a reasonable retainer and is well worth every penny. My experience with Chris Kirker was a great one. My family and I were going through a hard time and were in desperate need of a lawyer. Though, I had no idea where to turn. Getting a lawyer was so foreign to me- I didn't know what to expect. I stumbled upon an issue of Texas Monthly where I read an article regarding Zinda and Davis and the various awards they had won.

After visiting the website and filling out information in a pop-up window with my questions. I expected an automated response but what I got was much more!

Mr. Kirker helped me get a Modification of Child Support ordered. I live out state and was out of work for three years. I have a wife and four kids at home and was really finding it difficult to pay the court ordered support on top of everything else. He is very professional and kept me informed. We got a reduction in support and now I will be able to meet my obligations and still maintain my household. He is an excellent attorney, our family was very fortunate to find him, and we highly recommend him.

I’m a Father fighting for custody of my daughters in a divorce. Christopher Kirker told me he was very cost effective at $225. Chris and his firm Zinda & Davis would build me up to go after a custody issue. Then when it came time to go to court and he would back off of what he said and say we need to settle. I feel this was due to his overall inexperience with family law. Chris spent a total of 4 hours at the court house with me on two separate issues. He went through my retainer of $5000 in a matter of 2 1/3-3 weeks and sent me an e-mail telling me he had gone over my retainer by about $4000 and needed me to pay the balance by the next day by noon. The bill didn’t come out till that very same day he demanded payment. When I tried to talk to him and the firm about the cost added value to my case and asked them to come up with a budget they refused and demanded the money. This is what you will get with Christopher Kirker and Zinds & Davis.

Mr Kirker performed exactly as promised with favorable result in my case of supposedly back child support payments. I will recommend him to anybody who wants legal help in any type of case as he was clear as to what will happen and how he was going to resolve the case in my favor. He did exactly that.
