About me

I primarily represent plaintiff's in civil cases.   The majority of the cases are personal injury, but I also represent parties in commercial litigation.   I spent the first 15 years of my practice in larger law firms handling primarily commercial cases.  The last 12 years of my practice have been withByrd Davis Furman & Alden, handling both personal injury and commercial cases.   I have been listed in "Best Lawyers in America" for personal injury, business and "bet-the-company" litigation.   I have also been listed by Texas Monthly as a "Super Lawyer" and have been AV rated by Martindale Hubbell since 1996.
