Mr. Hudson is a blessing to my life. I hired him as my attorney and am very happy as to the results of my case. Throughout the process, he explained all possible outcomes, worked vigorously to resolve the case, and I ended up receiving the best possible outcome. Thanks to Mr. Hudson I am now able to go back to my regular life and be able to see my family and good friends, as well as finish school. Throughout the whole process, Mr. Hudson explained each and every step, and guided me as to what I could also do to make the process smoother and easier. He was very informative, and also realistic, and explained what could happen, and what he would try hard to get to actually happen. His office also was very communicative and would promptly reply to any questions or concerns that I had. Considering that the allegations against me on my case were very serious, Mr. Hudson trusted me and helped me to give me the best outcome.Going through such a process of court was the most traumatic experience of my life, being accused of something I did not do, and waiting for the court's processes sure had me stressing a lot, and I honestly can say that the only thing that would calm me was when Mr. Hudson would explain each and every step and tell me what was going to happen next. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, courteousness, and work-ethic to get my case resolved. He literally works hard and you can tell based off of this that he truly believes in himself, his practice, and will fight hard and aggressively for you to get you the best outcome, and to be able to continue living your life normally again. I cannot thank him enough, and I would definitely recommend his practice to anybody needing help of any caliber, whether a little case, or a huge case. He is a person of great moral character and a good soul who trusts in his clients as he did me and will fight for you to go back to living a normal life again away from the criminal justice system as much as possible. Thank you sir! Making this review was the least that I could do.
I found this firm by searching the internet and their ad listed Mr. Douglas Daniel's vast experience with certain types of cases which convinced me to call and set up a consultation. An appointment was set up for us on the same day and from there everything was set in motion. We met with Mr. Daniel and he immediately went to work even before we hired him by making a phone call to find out what the warrant my son received was all about. I used that information to determine we needed to hire him to fight this for my son because he was out of state in college and was not aware of why he received a warrant. He spent less than a week (everyday) convincing the prosecutor to dismiss the case and his persistence paid off because the case was dismissed even before it went to trail. I would recommend Mr. Daniel to my family and friends. Thanks Mr. Daniel for your professionalism and working for us.
Brandon Hudson recently represented my son in a criminal case in which my son was charged with a heinous crime. The case could have ended with him spending most of his life in prison for a crime he did not commit. Before the trial, Brandon submitted enough conflicting information that the prosecuting attorney requested a dismissal due to lack of evidence. The months between my son's indictment and the dismissal were the most stressful in all our lives, but Brandon was there for us. He was available to my son and the family to answer our questions and address our concerns. He explained the charges clearly so that we understood them. At times he was brutally honest with us. That was sometimes painful, but it kept us focused on the severity of the case and on our real options. Our family is very thankful to have had Brandon's guidance and expertise through that whole nightmare. Needless to say, we were more than pleased with the outcome. Brandon is representing our son again. He has filed a request to expunge records on my son's behalf. Our family highly recommends Brandon Hudson!

I was arrested in January 2015 and charged with two felonies. I was devastated how quickly my life was in turmoil, not only personally but professionally. I have been in my profession for 19 years and these charges were a threat to my career and continued earning potential. I was referred to Brandon by a highly regarded attorney who did not know him personally, but said this is your guy!
Immediately he reached out as we exchanged phone calls and emails before the initial meeting. Brandon allocated more than adequate time during our first visit to get an understanding of the events, he demonstrated knowledge, compassion and listened intently as I told him the account of the charges. He provided very realistic options and possible outcomes from jail time to best case scenarios. I was extremely impressed at his knowledge and more so his compassion.
Brandon took my case and I'm very grateful for him and can not express how fortunate I was to be referred and have him represent me...I had 4 court dates throughout the process and Brandon kept me up to speed and also provided suggestions on I could help myself while he worked with the prosecutors. There was never a court date or at anytime I was not aware of his progress or what the prosecutors were asking him or possibly thinking on my case.
Brandon kept me in the loop and informed that as he worked the case the tone and temperament of the case could swing up and down; and I had to be patient and continue to do what he asked of me to help my case and help him fight for me. During the course of the case Brandon would contact me just to see how I was doing. He was genuinely concerned and invested. This is ONE of many reasons and attributes I highly recommend Mr. Hudson.
I never felt as though I was a criminal or a bad person, just that I made a really bad and stupid decision. He was always reinforcing me to keep positive and continue helping myself by staying the course. It was very apparent during the court appearances that Mr. Hudson is well respected by his peers and colleagues and a solid rapport in and out of the court room.
Brandon's experience and rapport was obviously key to getting my case moving in a positive direction and he knows when to fight and also be patient and not push and wait for a better time to negotiate. I cannot express enough how important his ability to understand and read the temperament of the prosecutors saved my case ...
My case concluded in July 2015. One charge was DISMMISED and the other was the absolute MINIMUIM assessed on DEFERRED ADJUDICATION. The outcome on my case WAS the BEST possible scenario. As well, the process for expunging is now a better pathway than dealing with more difficult results that could have occurred.
This affords me to continue my career and to provide for my family.
If you, family member or friend require legal representation, I can tell you with first hand experience and with profound testimonial of a 7 month interaction with Mr. Hudson that you are investing in the best attorney and a caring person.

I could not have asked for a better outcome to my DWI case. Brandon Hudson gave me excellent counsel from the day we met, and by providing documents demonstrating my professionalism and reputability, he was able to successfully plea bargain on my behalf in the pretrial phase. I needed a positive, expedient outcome, and Brandon attained that for me. Furthermore, he negotiated probation terms that have enabled me to maintain discretion and avoid further complications at home and work. Brandon is an attentive listener, responsive, positive, and a highly effective trial attorney. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone.

I would like to take a minute to acknowledge Brandon Hudson. While at college, my son made some poor choices and ended up being charged with a misdemeanor assault and a felony possession charge (both of which would impact the rest of his life). Brandon stepped in and not only provided us with excellent legal advice, he took the time to get to know us personally and help get us through the emotional side of the process. He guided us through the legal system and fought for the very best result, never dismissing the idea of taking the fight to trial if needed. He ended up getting the felony charge reduced with pre-trial intervention assigned for both cases. The end result will be dismissals and the ability to immediately file for an expunction of both cases at the end of the short probation period. My son effectively has the opportunity to "start over" and I don't think that would have happened with any other attorney. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone needing legal assistance!!!

I am a professional living in San Antonio, Texas. In March of 2013, I was charged with a felony that I did not commit, stemming from allegations associated with my divorce a few months earlier. If convicted of the charge or if I accepted a plea deal pertaining to the charge, I would have lost my professional license, I would have been forced to register as a sex offender for the rest of my life and I could have possibly been sent to prison for 2 to 10 years. My life, as I knew it would have essentially been over. The first attorney I hired to handle my case did a horrible job and I ultimately had to fire him. I searched for and interviewed other attorneys to handle my case. Upon explaining my case to one potential attorney, the attorney refused to take my case because he thought that he would not be able to win the case.
I then contacted Brandon Hudson in January of 2014 and interviewed him to handle my case. In our first phone conversation, I explained my case to Mr. Hudson and I could tell he was very smart, knowledgeable of the law and very eager to assist me with my case. He also had a very positive attitude, which I thought was great. From January 2014 to July 2014, Mr. Hudson explained the details of my case and the District Attorney’s case to me, accompanied me to several court appearances and attempted to negotiate with the District Attorney’s office. During that time, the District Attorney’s office refused to dismiss the case and seemed intent on taking the case to trial and seeking the maximum punishment for me. Due to the fact that I was innocent, I was willing to go to trial to prove my innocence. This was one of the hardest decisions to make during the most difficult and trying time of my life.
My case went to trial in August of 2014. Mr. Hudson’s trial preparation was meticulous and thorough. By the time the case went to trial, Mr. Hudson was well prepared with all of the facts of the case and all of various areas of the law that could prove my innocence. During all phases of my trial, Mr. Hudson fought very hard for me and did an excellent job at pointing out many inconsistencies and untruths in the District Attorney’s case. The jury deliberated for seven and a half hours and was unable to reach a unanimous verdict. The trial ended in a hung jury, with the jury count being 9 to 3 in my favor. I was pleased with the outcome of the trial and it was due to Mr. Hudson’s skill and knowledge as an attorney. I had to wait an additional five months before the District Attorney’s Office finally decided to drop the charge and dismiss the case in January of 2015. The Motion to Dismiss indicated that the 2014 trial ended in a hung jury and there was not enough evidence to prove that I was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Mr. Hudson is currently assisting me in expunging my arrest record.
The nearly two years that I dealt with the felony charge and the District Attorney’s Office was a horrible experience that no one should have to endure. Mr. Hudson’s assistance with my case gave me hope when many friends and family members turned their backs on me. During my time with Mr. Hudson, he always did an excellent job in responding to me when I called him to inquire about my case. Mr. Hudson always did an excellent job explaining all aspects of my case to me whenever I had questions. Mr. Hudson always fully explained, not only the positive points of my case, but also any negative or weak areas of my case. Mr. Hudson’s expertise has given me a second chance at life and for that I will always be grateful to him. During the course of my time with Mr. Hudson, I have grown to consider him not only my attorney, but also my friend. I would recommend Mr. Hudson to anyone looking for a smart, dependable and knowledgeable criminal defense attorney.
