This includes claims of discrimination, harassment, breach of employment agreements and wrongful termination, as well as those for claims of unpaid overtime. I am board certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
In my practice we utilize technology to maximize efficiency for our clients. Each client is assigned their own web extranet link into our firm, where they can see the day to day developments in their case and participate directly in case development activities. Technology allows me to stay in touch with my clients even though I am often out of the office to attend trials, hearings and depositions.
We also make regular use of focus groups and mock mini-trials on site to assist us in providing the very best representation to our clients.
It is vitally important to me that my clients know their important legal matter is getting the attention it truly deserves. For this reason, I am very selective during the case intake process and only take those cases for which I believe our firm is the very best fit.
