I had a traffic ticket, which I thought would haunt me forever, until Mr. Spielman stepped in. This ticket, which turned into a warrant, was in a city that I could not bond out of directly. It would have been a nightmare for me, especially since I live 50+ miles away. Mr. Spielman, however, with his expertise and knowledge of the law, prevented me from even stepping inside those city limits. I truly wish I had not let this situation go on so long. But thanks to Mr. Spielman, I no longer have to worry about it. I would recommend Mr. Earl Spielman to ANYONE who needs ANY type of legal help! Currently, I have recommended his service to one other individual, who after speaking with Mr. Spielman said," this guy is amazing, I could listen to him forever".
i hired earl to help handle my possession charge and obsconding from probation. i had already messed up twice and was on the run. worst case scenario being 2 years state pen. best being a few months county time. earl worked his magic and got my case dismissed. i didnt have to step foot into a jail cell. this was a better result than i could have imagined. i talked to alot of attorneys and most were telling me that they would charge me a few grand to represent me but due to the specifics of my case i was probably going to do 18 months state. so basicly i would pay them to hold my hand while i was sent down the creek. another attorney said she could help me but was going to charge me about $10,000. earl made no promises but told me he could definitly help me in my situation. plus his price was very reasonable. he charged me about the same as the other attorneys were going to charge me to hold my hand and watch me go to jail. i hope i never need an attorney again but if i do you better believe im going to be giving earl a call. i would highly recomend you do the same if you get yourself in a pinch.
Mr. Spielman represented me for a 3rd degree felony probation violation and motion to adjudicate. I had served roughly 5 years worth of my probation and was arrested in the sate of Missouri for a DWI ( got dismissed). I believe the court I was seen in was the 285th court in Montgomery county, Texas which is about 45 miles north of Houston (at least the county seat is). Mr. Spielman was referred to me by a neighbor of mine who has family members who seem to stay caught up in the system. I called everyone I could think of in the area for references to who the top lawyers are in the area, most everyone said to use my attorney from the beginning of my case. I was highly unsatisfied with that lawyer and was skeptical of using him but decided to meet with him and discuss my new case. My probation office put a $50,000 warrant out for my arrest so I had to get things moving quick. After asking around the area people kept saying my initial lawyer was the best around, so I called and set an appointment. I organized a means of transportation to meet with the lawyer to see what the " best around" had to say..... I arrived at his office and was told by his assistance that he could not make my appointment. So I told myself that I would not be using this guy. So back to my research on lawyers, I met with an alleged hot shot out of the Houston area, paid $250 for a thirty minute consultation and was told that he did not feel comfortable representing my case in that particular county, what a rip off! So I went back to my neighbors and asked what I needed to do to speak with Mr. Spielman, I was then told he would contact me very soon. MAYBE ten minutes went by and my phone rang, it was Mr. Spielman, I explained my situation and he seemed very confident in my case. Stating that he would get back with me that night after doing some homework on my case. As the night went on and it started to get rather late, I soon doubted I'd receive his phone call that night. Around 11 P.M. my phone rang showing Mr. Spielman's number, he assured me that after his review of my case he was confident that he could handle the case in a positive professional manner. It did not take me long to make a decision, but I still felt I should meet him and make a self assessment. At which Mr. Spielman invited me to come to dinner at his restaurant in Houston. After eating, my final decision was made, he was hired for my case. From that point on there was never any lack of communication, pressure for payments or any talk of negativity. A few months later our final court date arrived and my case was completely dismissed! I have nothing to say other than WOW what a professional bad ass! So the moral is, just because the attorney is from a different county or not on a billboard does not mean that he can not achieve a successful out come. I thank you for allowing me to continue a stress free, normal lifestyle, thanks again Mr. Spielman.
Earl helped me with a speeding ticket in Waller county - where they are a bit stricter than Harris country. He got one ticket dropped and made it so I didn't even have to show up in court. I would recommend him highly!
Mr Spielman was recommended to me. I used him once (so far), and it was a positive experience overall. Yes, I would use Mr. Spielman again.
