Description: Although I do personal injury and accident now, earlier in my career I enjoyed participating in appellate work as well. One of my cases was published by the Southwestern Reporter, the official reporter of case law in Texas. This case involved my preventing a receiver from being appointed to liquidate a perfectly solvent and profitable corporation.
