Mr. Dent was more helpful than all of the other attorneys I talked to on this site. He told me I need to file with the EEOC downtown and get a right to sue letter before I took legal action wither I had an attorney or not. He simply told me the law with out concern for a representation agreement. Spent a lot of time giving me advice on the law and what I needed to do. Thanks

Dick is an outstanding lawyer especially in the area of Labor Law. You get 30 plus years of experience with one of the Big Name firms but the price for the same thing you would pay Dick you will have saved half of your fees that you pay out to the large name firm and not get a different answer but much better service. Dick will come to your office as opposed to downtown struggle (ugh). I think Dick is very conscious about fees to clients and as a client I am very conscious about what a lawyer charges like most clients are. Not really sure why companies pay the big firm prices for the same legal advice. Dick is on top of the game so to speak and we have yet to ask the question of "what are telling us?". I highly recommend Dick to anyone that wants an outstanding labor lawyer at a reasonable rate.
