Robert Purdie v. State of Arkansas

Outcome: Conviction reversed and Mr. Purdie was granted a new trial

Description: Mr. Purdie was convicted of raping a minor girl. At trial, the court permitted a forensic examiner to testify as to whether she thought the vicitm was telling the truth. Jason appealed Mr. Purdie's conviction on that ground, as well as insufficiency of evidence.
