this guy was my layer and was horrible. after almost a year on the case he knew nothing about the case. the office was very unprofessional.the guy doing his case filing was always too busy to help you.the reason being is that he was always painting his toenails.he even stated that he had to tell scott what to do because he never remembered anything.
we were standing in front of his receptionist when the phoe repeatred rand, she never answered the phone.reason being was that she was too busy painting her fingernails. she yelled at the phone that if it is important they woulkd call back.we came to talk to scott and he knew nothing about my case. the person working on my case he had fired, when I told him that since he could remember nothing about my case then we will go to court and we walked out of is office.
scott got mad and yelled at me. he was very unprofessional. he was always yelling at everyone instead of using his phone.he had to borrow $50,000 he said to work on my case. the honesty was that he could not pay his bills.his legal ade sued him for wrongful termination. I was a witness in the case. scott was found guilty of perjury.i will gladly go to any court with scott to state this charges to anyone he wants to listen.
he lied to me so many times I called the lawyer helping him and said I was going to fire scott for always lying and being so poor at his job. the helping lawyer said to just call him.we all went to a meeting with the other side. scott was too bust working a crossword puzzle to handle my case.this guy is a waste of time. do not under any circumstances put your case in this guys hands.

I've known Scott for a few years. He's a very knowledgable attorney and I always felt comfortable opening up to him. Scott is really good at listening to what it is that you want to accomplish, where you stand on issues, and he knows how to communicate that very well with opposing counsel. The thing that I like most about Scott is his accessibility- often with attorneys you find yourself waiting for that return call or email. I've never come across that with Scott, he normally answered my questions within minutes of my seeking an answer. I also like that he is a straight shooter and explains those gray area's that you will come across in black and white answers. The one thing that I can tell you above all else is that if you choose Scott as your attorney take a deep breath, step back and let him do his job. Don't stress over the small stuff, he will navigate the waters well and in the end you will be happy that you trusted him at the wheel.
